Using the existing brand identity, I created a custom WordPress theme for 5 Healthy Towns that reflected their energy while keeping the site easy to navigate and putting content first. 5HF staff can update all areas of the site, including homepage videos, imagery and members-only content.

In creating a unique WordPress theme for this band, it was important to keep video front and center. Features of this site include a custom video slideshow on the homepage with clips of the band’s live performances, custom shortcode for quick YouTube video embedding, and an event calendar to easily add upcoming shows.

The Dexter Research website provided me with an opportunity to really dig into the WooCommerce system and create a customized theme with unique sorting options for their products. Their site also features a robust Technical Library, built with a customized implementation of the WP Downloads Pro plugin.
