Using the existing brand identity, I created a custom WordPress theme for 5 Healthy Towns that reflected their energy while keeping the site easy to navigate and putting content first. 5HF staff can update all areas of the site, including homepage videos, imagery and members-only content.

I used the popular calendar plugin to allow 5HF to easily feature important events coalition meetings, community events, and private member events.
Using the great WP Downloads Manager plugin as a basis, I created a custom implementation for 5HF based on their 5 communities and various health coalition groups.
Each community landing page features the latest coalition meeting, and an overview of the public documents available from that community, with dynamic content pulled in from the WP Downloads and Event Calendar plugins.
